The framework I recommend has five essential steps. First, define the business objective to ensure you are solving a real problem. Second, collect and clean the data needed to power the workflow. Third, develop the agentic workflow by chaining AI models appropriately. Fourth, test with actual users to validate the solution works. Fifth, create a feedback loop for continuous improvement. Most importantly, the focus must remain on value creation throughout the entire process, not just on implementing technology for its own sake.
