Building with AI means accepting imperfection strategically, not chasing perfection everywhere.
We always ask ourselves how to build a product where AI imperfection is not a problem for the use case you’re solving. This is the concept of minimum viable quality, not product, but quality, because AI is not always perfect. Many startups put AI in the product but not actually in the solution. The value creation comes down to whether you have a decision that’s different because you use AI. For example, a scale reminding you about your diet is just an interface advantage, not real AI value creation.
