Using AI to cut costs produces average content that lands nowhere.

The opportunity isn’t cost cutting, like reducing marketing budgets because AI can write the messages. If you let AI make the decisions, you’ll get average. You’ll get content that tests fine and lands nowhere. AI can generate options. It can’t tell you which one feels right, which one is brave, which moment lands emotionally, or which visual breaks through. Companies need AI leadership that can steer probabilistic systems, defend a point of view against infinite AI output, and make judgment calls that machines genuinely cannot make.
