A business framework for predictive AI, not just technical tools
BizML is a six-step framework I created that ushers predictive AI projects successfully from inception to deployment. It’s not like MLOps or any technical solution. It’s an organizational procedure, a management protocol that bridges the tech-biz divide. It brings together business-side stakeholders with data scientists through semi-technical collaboration. The framework addresses what’s predicted, how well, and what’s done about it. Without this kind of practice or framework, most business people don’t realize you need a very specialized approach to get these projects successfully through to deployment.
