Don’t just replace humans, reimagine the entire workflow

The challenge is not just replacing humans in existing workflows. It’s reimagining how the workflow actually would work without the human in the loop. When we had the first wired telephone, they used it to transmit symphonies because they thought that was the killer app. It took quite a while until Spotify actually made the news. Your challenge as a CEO is to not go through every workflow and say how can I replace my customer care agent. That’s an old workflow. Maybe build it into the product experience so you don’t need a customer AI agent in the first place. That is the change.
