AI will improve how we work and flatten hierarchies. For most of corporate history, being heard was a function of power, and ambiguity protected whoever was already in charge. AI changes that by making transcripts the record, so ideas can propagate on merit and good people become more valuable. The same tool used carelessly will do real harm, but we keep the rewards by demanding algorithmic transparency and accepting that every tool is biased, then fixing what we can measure.
