Feedback loops work best if they are integral to an existing workflow. We will see more and more workflows become supercharged with LLMs. Once OpenAI is integrated into those workflows, it’s easier to see when and whether a user accepts a change or suggestion. OpenAI will need to invest more efforts into workflows and products to be more than just a generic language interface. Specialization will be the norm. Initially, OpenAI used the fast route by tagging along with Microsoft, with Copilot offering integrations into many of Microsoft’s core tools.
